mmmmmmm, salsa
It's been a while, sorry.
Tim, my bro in York gave me some abuse about my lack of updates. He's right, but life has accelerated a little too much. In any case I'm updating now, but I acctually have no idea what about. sooooooo, here's the recipe I use to make salsa:
1 big tin of whole plum tomatoes
4 green onions (scallions)
half a bunch of Cilantro
3 cloves of garlic
1 little (like a couple of ounces) tin of pickled jalapenos
the juice of 1 lime
salt n pepper
clean the onions and cilantro well, and roughly chop.
combine everything in a blender and (get this) blend.
blend until it's the consistency you like, for me, it's really well pureed.
Chill in the fridge till it's gone kinda jelly like.
Or just eat it immediately.
That should help for "the big game" or as I prefer to call it, "the big suck"
By the way, watch Napolean Dynamite, that movie was really funny.
